Şehîd Seydo is a martyrs' cemetery associated with Kefersefrê, Miske Jerin, and Miskê Jorin in the Cindires sub-district.

Dedicated Figure & Historical Roots

The cemetery was established at the start of the Syrian revolution and named after Martyr Seydo.1 It lies to the northwest of the village.2

Current Status

The cemetery suffered minor exterior damage from shelling in February 2018. Pictures published on May 1, 2018 show deliberate damage inflicted after the area's capture, with a large number of plots leveled and portions of the exterior walls toppled.3
